ONE Day Only (You pick the day you want to attend, lunch and all things cookies included)

Workbook/Virtual Option.  A Cookie Decorating kit with detailed instructions will be shipped to you prior to the Getaway.  We will try to make every effort to make the projects virtual. but will include a workbook just in case. Some additional supplies and tools will be needed and a supply list will be sent prior to the Getaway.

Release of Liability (I do hereby release and forever discharge C&J Zurich Venture LLC/Crystal Richardson DBA Cookie Decorating Getaways including properties, locations, their agents, employees, successors and assigns and their respective heirs and any and all persons who might be claimed to be liable from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future as a result or in any way relating to the Cookie Decorating Weekend Getaway, the Homes/Property in which you are participating in the activity and the Homes/Property in which you are staying in, the private pools, and any and all food/alcohol that is consumed on the property while participating in the Cookie Decorating Weekend Getaway.

Any transportation that is provided is not liable as the transportation is being done as a kind gesture and not part of the activity. It is understood that this release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of the causes of action, claims and demands mentioned. This release contains the agreement. The terms are contractual and not a recital. Furthermore this release shall be binding.
